A Little Celebration, A Lot of Gratitude

How can it be?
I am not deserving,
Nor worthy, you see.
Yet somehow you come,
You read and you stay,
You leave your kind comments
Along the way.
In this little neighborhood
We have built together,
Through sunshine and storms,
Through every kind of weather.
I cannot thank you enough
For being here with me,
For helping this community
Become what it can be.
But the Glory belongs to God,
Always and forever.
For every Blessing He gives,
For bringing us together.
I share what He gives me,
The Blessings along the way,
Though sometimes it feels like
I share nothing but the pain.
But if you’ve stayed around,
You’ve seen it all too,
The laughter, the heartache,
The struggles I’ve walked through.
And through every trial,
Through heartbreak and tears,
I’ve learned I am never alone
Through all of these years.
I have my God,
I have my family,
And now 700 amazing people
Walking this journey with me.
Helping guide me forward
To where God wants me to go,
Trusting in His purpose,
Even when I don’t know.
So thank you from myself,
Leo, and David too.
Thank you for being kind,
For being wonderfully you.
Here’s to 700
And the journey still ahead.
Whatever God has planned,
I’ll follow where He leads.
Praise His Holy name,
For every step along the way.
And here’s to the next hundred,
By His Grace, someday. 🙏
