With a grateful heart, I want to share something with you all.

Unless the Lord leads otherwise, Chapter Two, which I am currently sharing, will be the final part of the Comfort or the Cross series here on WordPress.

I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you who has taken the time to read, reflect, comment, and encourage me throughout this journey. Your words, your prayers, and your support have meant more than I can truly express.

What started as a simple whisper on my heart, reflecting on the homeless, those living on the streets, in tents, and in deep hardship, has grown into something far beyond what I ever imagined. This series has not only reached others, but it has also challenged me, corrected me, and held me accountable.

It has shown me something very real.

There have been times when I have laid my Cross down.

Not just once.
Not just on certain days.

But in ways I didn’t always recognize.

And through this, I’ve been reminded that following Christ is not something we do occasionally. It is not something reserved for Sundays or moments of comfort.

It is a daily decision.
A moment-by-moment surrender.
A call to pick up our Cross, not once, not one day a week, but every single day.

Because of the impact this series has had, both in my own life and in the lives of many of you, I felt led to take this message further.

With that, I want to share that, Lord willing, my new book, Comfort or the Cross, is scheduled to be released on May 9, 2026.

This will be my Third book to be published, and in many ways, this one feels especially personal.

What began as a series of reflections shared here has grown into something I believe the Lord has called me to place into book form.

Many of you have already been introduced to a glimpse of this message through my recent posts. In many ways, those reflections have been the beginning of this journey, allowing you to walk with me through parts of it before it ever became a book.

And because of your response, I felt led to bring the full message together.

This book asks a question we may all face:

Will we choose the comfort of this world, or will we pick up our Cross and follow Jesus Christ?

Through personal testimony, Scripture, and honest reflection, Comfort or the Cross is a call to faith, endurance, surrender, and hope in Christ, especially in seasons of pain and trial.

What has blessed me most is knowing these writings have encouraged many of you. My prayer now is that this book will do the same for others. That those who read it may be drawn closer to Christ, strengthened in faith, and challenged to leave behind the false comfort of the world to follow the One who leads to life.

As always, I say this with humility:

All Glory belongs to God.

I have never seen myself as anything more than a vessel, and if the Lord uses this book to reach even one heart, then I am grateful.

Thank you for walking this journey with me.

Please keep me and this book in prayer. I need it more now than ever.
