Willie, great post, brother! Great sing, loved the vocals… the “you buried my past, I’m not going back,” was so powerful. So many times we beat ourselves up (or something else whispers in our ear) look at all that bad stuff I did, God can’t forgive me… but it’s a lie, Jesus HAS buried our past as far as East is from west, and there is no condemnation for any who are in Him!

I’m so glad the pictures and song came together the way they did, it felt like such a divine moment.
And yes, you’re right about the jerseys 😎 I thought about using another team jersey, like the Vikings or Cubs, since they’re also favorites of mine along with the Ducks. But none of the other pictures had the same impact these two did. They’re different shots, but yep, same team jersey.
But honestly, it was the message and that worship moment that left the deepest mark.
